ABSTRACT
The aim of the present study was to investigate mutation status cKit and PDGFRA genes in patients with a gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST).In total, 96 GIST were included study, which polymerase chain reaction amplification gene sequencing used detect sequences exons 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18 KIT PDGFRA.KIT mutations detected 65 cases (67.71%), 81.54% (53/65) located on exon 12.31% (8/65) 4.61% (3/65) concomitant 9 4.08% (2/65) 11. most common 11 deletion, accounted for 77.36% (41/53) cases, followed by point observed 22.64% (12/53) cases. Among 31 without mutation, 5 (5.21%, 5/96; 16.13%, 5/31). With respect gender, age, max diameter, position, mitotic index, there no significant differences between KIT/PDGFRA non-mutations.GIST mainly occurs stomach, cytological morphology is spindle cells, occur genes. We need large sample size analyze regularity Hakka population understand independent prognostic correlation all genotypes.
