ABSTRACT
One of the ovarian carcinogenesis theories was presence premalignant cells in epithelium fallopian tube. Therefore, prophylactic salpingectomy during benign gynecological surgery is now expected as attempt to reduce cancer incidence. We studied effect bilateral (PBS) reducing incidence.This evidence-based report resulted from critical appraisal 5 articles. It aimed answer our clinical question, can incidence among women underwent hysterectomy for condition or permanent contraception surgery? The search conducted on Cochrane Library®, PubMed®, and Embase® using keywords "prophylactic salpingectomy," "ovarian incidence."
