Patients and Methods: Adult seen at general medicine clinic were recruited surveyed using RFS. Clinical demographic data collected. defined as a RFS >5, was calculated. Logistic regression analysis used predictors >5. Results: A total 255 recruited. mean age 30.6 years (±9.9 years); 71.4% women (182/255), 90.2% from Saudi Arabia (230/255). More half we (51.4%) had not visited gastroenterologist previously. 6.6 (±3.6) 54.9% (140/255) scored more 5 accordingly selected further investigations. Statistical identified no previous visits only significant predictor >5 (OR = 2.2, 95% CI 1.3–3.7, P 0.003). Conclusions: known have are investigations eliminate possibility validated did seek specialized consultation might being misdiagnosed having
