ABSTRACT
There is a subjective disagreement about nuclear chromatin in the field of pathology. Objective values red, green, and blue (RGB) light intensities for can be obtained through quantitative analysis using digital images. We examined 10 cases well differentiated neuroendocrine tumors rectum, small cell lung carcinomas, moderately squamous carcinomas respectively. For each case, we selected 30 representative cells captured typical microscopic findings. Using an image analyzer, determined longest line profiles graph files Excel data on RGB intensities. We assessed meaningful differences among three different tumors. The nucleus hematoxylin eosin-stained tumor was expressed as combination sources. The highest intensity from blue, whereas lowest green. According to files, green showed most noticeable change intensity, which consistent with difference standard deviations. The has important implication differentiating between tumors.
