ABSTRACT
Factors influencing circulating miRNA as a diagnostic marker of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) are still unknown. We used two kits to extract total RNA 90 paired serum and plasma samples volunteers in different statuses including healthy, hepatitis, cirrhosis HCC.
