ABSTRACT
Histiocytic sarcoma is a rare malignant neoplasm that originates from histiocytic hematopoietic lineage characterized by differentiation and its corresponding immunophenotypic features.Patients with usually have poor prognosis due to aggressive clinical behavior.Here we report case of extranodal the stomach which was confirmed through immunohistochemical staining.A 71-yearold man presented epigastric pain.Gastroscopy, abdominal CT, EUS revealed mass located on posterior wall upper body fundus stomach.Grossly, grayish white solid masses were seen extending down submucosal layer.Microscopically, tumor cells had eosinophilic cytoplasm, abundant vacuole, mitosis.Immunohistochemical staining positive for LCA, CD68, lysozyme.Early detection accurate diagnosis this important because it can make great difference in prognostic outcomes.To an definitive diagnosis, essential confimation orign.(
