ABSTRACT
Influenza vaccine-associated anaphylaxis is a very rare allergic reaction to vaccines, but the most concerning and life-threatening adverse reaction. Although safety of influenza vaccines has been well documented, occasional cases in vaccinated patients have reported. In this study, we analyzed immunoglobulin E (IgE) response whole pediatric case delayed-onset after vaccination. The patient showed elevated specific IgE levels against especially with split virion from egg-based manufacturing process. Specific decreased over. We evaluated causal relationship between vaccine event by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Delayed-onset vaccination can occur children without predisposing diseases. addition, results suggested that formulation production system could affect probability severe vaccines.
