ABSTRACT
To evaluate the effect of China's National Action Plan on Air Pollution (NAPAP), we assessed health benefits PM2.5 remediation under NAPAP from 2013 to 2017 in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (BTH) area using a relative risk model with real monitoring data and recent statistical research data. The results revealed that concentration BTH decreased by 36 µg m–3 (34.0%) NAPAP. PM2.5-related mortality resulting all causes, cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease lung cancer 58.1–65.2% 2013; 102,133 deaths were avoided, indicating greater efficacy than U.S. Cross-State Rule. These demonstrated is effective can be used other countries as reference enacting similar statutes.
