Patient Satisfaction with Primary Health Care Services in Riyadh City, Saudi Arabia

ABSTRACT
Patient satisfaction is a crucial measure of healthcare quality and plays vital role in ensuring effective systems. This study aims to assess the level patient with primary services Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, identify social factors affecting satisfaction, determine reasons behind dissatisfaction how improve satisfaction. The employed cross-sectional observational design included random sample 400 patients from centers Riyadh. Data were collected using an electronic questionnaire analyzed SPSS software. found that generally satisfied provided high levels reported for booking appointments, triage services, emergency care. However, some aspects experience, such as long waiting times physical centers, need improvement. These findings can be used inform development policies interventions aimed at enhancing Arabia.
