As Climate Change Haven Communities are constructed across the Northern Hemisphere, it will be necessary to attract two types of migrants populate them. The first group consists professionals and companies in eco-sustainable businesses, such as law firms, insurance companies, investment banking, technological innovation, mass media, medical research pharmaceutical research. second consist persons engaged organic/eco-sustainable agriculture whose crops animal husbandry practices can transferred successfully regions. present focuses on social economic variables that must taken into account insure each new Community becomes integrated with local population forms a cohesive, harmonious structure. Examples given from United States, France, Spain, Portugal Italy.
