Recently, along with the development of biochemical and molecular immunological techniques, diagnosis methods have been improved in which preparing natural parasite antigens, genetically engineered recombinant antigens applied by using agglutination test, complement fixation to detect human's serum antibodies for identification paragonimus infections.To improve detection rate, some scholars used phage peptide library technology further diagnostic effect on Paragonimus westermani humans.In this paper, we summarized recent studies diagnosis, pathogenesis treatment flukes China.
