ABSTRACT
Generation and propagation of ultrasonic waves in single layer Graphene Nanoribbon is studied using semi-classical approach. When piezoelectric (GNR) exposed to time varying light beam, are produced which propagate the medium. At low frequencies, we observed oscillations observables, velocity change attenuation characteristics massless Dirac fermions graphene. Exploiting this oscillatory behavior, estimate graphene's electronic mobility be around . Propagating can amplified, depending on electric field amplitude. Specifically, amplification occurs when drift exceeds sound velocity. This scheme employed for efficient amplifier device operation.
