ABSTRACT
This study uses a thematic analysis method to examine the influence of overseas experience on beliefs college teachers. The following four themes were extracted from analysis: Overseas can positively individual views teaching and learning, promote sustainable development scientific research, has little effect interpersonal distance between teachers students, enables individuals more comprehensively objectively recognize similarities differences in characteristics Chinese foreign students. impact practices research involves wider range subfields. results show that will have certain short-term adverse returning finding was either not covered or ignored by previous related studies deserves further attention.
