ABSTRACT
Background: The Box and Block clinical test is a validated standardized scale for use in the environment that allows assessment of rough manipulative dexterity. Proposing virtual methods to carry out these assessments an attempt eliminate some subjectivity may entail depending on observer way which patient gives instructions. Applied skills after neurological pathologies, previous experiences stroke patients have been found. So, this work was centered Spinal Cord Injury. Objective: To present application scale, as well details about its design development manipulation based Leap Motion Controller. Methodology: relationship between results obtained actual healthy subjects and, mostly, with cervical spinal cord injury analyzed, obtaining high correlation index both tests’ performance. Results: A tests performance, real version Test. Conclusion: This can serve element evaluate future effectiveness RehabHand prototype reality applications therapeutic rehabilitative sense that, manipulated from Controller, allow improvement dexterity diseases such injury.
