ABSTRACT
abiotic stress responses.Furthermore, expression profiling of rice ATG6 genes based on microarray data, as well by semi-quantitative RT-PCR, showed differential when subjected to different stresses suggesting the involvement OsATG6 in (heat, cold and drought) hormone (abscisic acid) responses.Analysis co-expressed that most them annotated DNA repair pathways proteolysis, etc. Collectively, these results suggest stresses, provide a basis for further functional studies investigate biological mechanism action under stresses.
