ABSTRACT
Phosphatidylinositol-3-OH kinase and RAS-activated signaling pathways play an important role in tumor formation.Abnormalities relevant genes essential roles the occurrence development of many human cancers.Studies breast cancer have mainly focused on women western countries, but few studies examined frequency mutations PIK3CA, BRAF, KRAS Chinese patients. In this study, we conducted sequence analysis determined relationships with from Qinghai.DNA was extracted 25 cases tissue samples.PIK3CA, mutation performed by polymerase chain reaction DNA sequencing. No were found adjacent tissues. However, PIK3CA observed 32% (8) tissues examined, which exon 9 accounted for 4% (1), 20 28% (7), no 1 PIK3CA.Sequencing 2 suggested that 20% (5) samples harbored a 16% (4) BRAF 14841 carcinomas ©FUNPEC-RP www.funpecrp.com.brGenetics Molecular Research 14 (4): 14840-14846 (2015) mutation.Any these 3 oncogenes may induce cancer.
