ABSTRACT
Single nucleotide polymorphism in microRNAs (miRNA) may influence their target gene selection and regulation efficiency, leading to animal phenotypic variation. The aim of this study was evaluate the possible effect single polymorphisms miRNA-1757 precursor region (pre-mir-1757) on economicrelated traits chicken.Genotyping performed using Sequenom MassArray ® iPLEX GOLD System.Association analysis SPSS19.0.The data showed that G/C significantly correlated with semi-evisceration weight, evisceration carcass body weight at 10 weeks age, shank length 4 pectoral angle 8 slanting pelvis breadth 12 age (P < 0.05), led alteration RNA secondary structure pre-mir-1757.Our results provide useful information for further annotation studies miRNA function.
