ABSTRACT
Many medication errors can occur when ordering and dispensing medicine in hospitals. The clinical decision support system (CDSS) is widely used an effort to reduce errors. This study focused on the evaluation of user satisfaction with CDSS for at a university hospital. Specifically, this aimed identify factors influencing examine requirements order further improve drug safety.The was based survey data from 218 users (103 doctors, 103 nurses, 15 pharmacists) hospital that uses CDSS. In CDSS, multiple linear regression performed. compare level among professional groups, analysis variance (ANOVA) performed.The reliability information, supporting capability, departmental were significant satisfaction. addition, nurses most satisfied group, followed by pharmacists doctors according ANOVA. Areas improvement enhancing safety real time information searching capabilities prevent adverse events (ADE) timely manner.We found generally it complements nationwide utilization review (DUR) reducing ADE. Further other hospitals needed safety.
