For differential identification P. other spp., LoopampTM Malaria Pan Detection Kit combination Loopamp Pv (Eiken Chemical Co. Ltd., Tokyo, Japan) was used to evaluate 559 whole samples collected 2017 from febrile patients suspected malaria attending different health facilities Loreto region. The showed a sensitivity 87.7% (95% CI: 83.5-91.9) specificity 94.4% 91.9-96.9) good agreement PCR (Cohen's kappa 0.8266, 95% 0.7792-0.874).
