ABSTRACT
ABS TRACTAim: Familial Mediterranean Fever (FMF) is the most frequent monogenetic autoinflammatory disorder.It characterized by fever and serositis.The first line treatment of FMF colchicine.Adherence to colchicine one main factors affecting response.In this study, we aimed evaluate drug adherence in children with using medication scale (MASIF).We also assessed clinical characteristics drug-adherent patients adherence.Materials Methods: Eighty-two under therapy were included cross-sectional observational study.The divided into two groups according compared their demographic data.Results: According MASIF, 31 (38%) had non-adherence colchicine.There was a significant difference between colchicineadherent non-adherent terms age, disease severity International score for FMF, attack rate, dosage, M694V homozygosity, family type (p=0.005, p=0.04, p=0.025, p=0.045, p=0.046, respectively). Conclusion:Patients should be questioned about at every visit, high risk followed up more closely.
