ABSTRACT
Aim: The risk of colorectal cancer development associated with low-grade dysplasia (LGD) and high-grade (HGD) colon polyps at baseline polypectomy remains unclear. In this study, we investigated the role microsatellite instability (MSI) in formation prognosis dysplasia.Method: In 40 diagnosed as HGD, LGD were evaluated according to revised Vienna criteria (2015) a result polypectomy.MSI analysis was performed by fragment using five different primers. Results: Three eight HGD turned into during follow-up period. The rate MSI sporadic determined 36.3.A significant correlation found between status polyp recurrence within five-year period after polypectomy. Conclusion:In our it that HGDs can recur, but may be effective preventing cases MSI.
