ABSTRACT
To evaluate hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBO) based on ovarian histology, total antioxidant status (TAS), oxidant (TOS), and anti-müllerian hormone (AMH), in the insufiency (POI) model created with cyclophosphamide (CYP).The rats were separated into 3 groups of control group (n=6), CYP CYP+HBO (n=6). The injected intraperitoneally 200 mg/kg day 1, followed by 8 mg/kg/day for 14 days to create POI. From 15th onwards, placed a cabin exposed 100% at 2.4 atm pressure one h, then returned their cages end hour.A statistically significant decrease was determined primordial primary follicle counts compared (p<0.05). In group, increase serum AMH levels seen be significantly decreased both groups. HBO TOS TAS.HBO could an alternative treatment minimize effect loss caused CYP, which is used treating tumors that commonly occur young females reproductive age.
