ABSTRACT
Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and deaths related to the virus have been reported all over world. Pharmacists play an important role in conveying accurate information about COVID-19 community. The aim of this study was evaluate knowledge attitudes among hospital pharmacists COVID-19.A questionnaire distributed participating 7th National Hospital Institution Congress. questions included were created using Turkish Scientific Committee guideline (COVID-19 Guideline).Analysis 237 questionnaires (72.6% completed by women) showed that media (television, newspaper), internet (nonscientific resources), (scientific social most popular sources (60.3%, 53.6%, 53.2%, 41.4%, respectively). participants' age source they used had influence on their towards infection. majority participants (72.6%) stated not wearing any kind mask. Transmission disease airborne route well known (91.1%), as main symptoms such fever (92.4%), cough (84.4%), dyspnea (60.3%). aware risk groups for infection advanced (84.8%) having comorbidities (80.2%). Washing hands with soap (92.0%), hand disinfectants (80.6%), avoiding contact sick people (81.9%) answers protection from disease, but N95 mask also mentioned 59.1% participants. Prevention rinsing nose saline solution believed 43.9% participants.Classical affect both public health professionals. Using tools is one basic conditions preventing controlling spread disease.
