ABSTRACT
Pakistan has a high incidence of breast cancer in Asia, where annually 16,232 deaths are reported. There many exogenous and endogenous risk factors that affect the tumor suppressor genes oncogenes. The p53 gene is it role to protect whole genome from external internal stresses, which causes damages genome.The aim current study was investigate expression by using real-time PCR technique different grades as compared normal tissue.Fresh Modified Radical Mastectomy (MRM) samples (grade1-grade3) were collected hospitals Lahore. project approved an ethical review committee Jinnah Hospital, And before sampling informed consent obtained patients clinicians. RNA fresh biopsies extracted Qiagen extraction kit cDNA formed. Real time performed SYBR green master mix (ABI) data evaluated Livak method. Statistical analysis done Microsoft Excel.There abnormal all tumors. Non-significant (p>0.05) difference down up regulation found. However, up-regulation more than down-regulation with significant (p<0.0011).The shows there some genetic epigenetic primal cause expression. It recommended perform next generation sequencing (NGS) find out mutations causing behavior gene.
