Ethiopia is among the thirty-high tuberculosis (TB) burden countries with multidrug resistant (MDR-TB) and Tuberculosis/Human Immunodeficiency Virus (TB/HIV). Given public health importance of problem, it apparent that probing work done in this regard essential to mitigate problem thus we reviewed research repositories compile directories researches from Jan 1, 2001 Dec 30, 2017 order avail evidence-based information stakeholders beneficiaries intervening country. The evidences generated bibliography are through different databases websites using key terms. A range published unpublished literatures (journal articles, conference presentations, reports/manual/book, graduate theses or dissertations) on TB, MDR-TB, extensively drug TB (XDR-TB), TB/HIV presented. We presented by four themes (Biomedical clinical researches, epidemiological operational implementation systems researches). total 1571 reports were accessed above search engines revealed 635 followed 538 biomedical 257 research, 141 research. Interestingly, up 2008 researchers leading 2009 onwards, held largest constituency. In conclusion, MDR-TB have substantially increased over years. Referred journal publications took theleading source epidemiologic studies commonest one. suggest need focus system plummet disease spreading, resistance impact. also recommend a regular update every 3 4 years annotations.
