ABSTRACT
Aim: This study aimed to develop a scale that would help assess the levels of employee satisfaction among healthcare professionals.Material and Methods: In this methodological study, routine steps development were followed, including formulation items, receiving specialist opinion, application, validation reliability.In data analysis, exploratory factor analysis confirmatory for "the Employee Satisfaction Scale" performed.Cronbach's alpha coefficients calculated each dimension overall reliability.Results: The found have excellent fitting in with probability value p<0.05 Kaiser-Mayer'Olkin (KMO) 0.866 by Bartlet's test.The concept explanatory was 70.99%, which sufficient satisfaction.In all covariance values across sub-dimensions significant (p<0.05).Factor loadings items between 0.57 0.96.Cronbach's coefficient ESS 0.869.The composite reliability >0.70, meant sufficiency addition, variance showed desired level mean (MVE) >0.50.Discussion: comprehensive practical high reliability-validity added literature order quantify is one most important components system.
