ABSTRACT
China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is more than just a project between Pakistan and China because it will have financial, economic, social changes at massive level around the globe especially in Asian region. Multiple projects been planned under umbrella of CPEC including construction extension highways, railways, special economic zones to connect from Kashgar Gawadar Pakistan. This infrastructural development Rehabilitation Expansion Karachi-Peshawar Railway Line known as ML-1 be completed 6 years approximately one vital infrastructure this mass transit corridor. oldest busiest rail line for passengers well cargo transfer with almost 75% share country’s transfer. The approximate cost allocation on that $8 billion which shared by Government Development Bank (ADB). route covering KPK, Punjab Sindh Provinces. These provinces different political ruling parties. We concluded deal any kind possible delay or termination project, sponsoring agency guarantor involved must make sure transparency whole process.
