ABSTRACT
Objective: The study aimed to evaluate the follow-up and outcomes of patients diagnosed with fetal hypoplastic left heart syndrome in prenatal period.
 Materials: Between January 2017 June 2019 data 36 (HLHS) Etlik Zübeyde Hanım Woman’s Health Care Training Research Hospital (EZH) were evaluated retrospectively. All who suspected for any or cardiac anomaly detail ultrasound by two senior perinatologists a pediatric cardiologist fort detailed evaluation. demographic characteristics, pregnancy maternal evaluated.
 Results: During period echocardiography was performed 10.377 patients. A totally 382 (3.7%) fetuses congenital diseases (9.4%) these syndrome. Additional extracardiac anomalies detected 13 (36.1%) fetuses. Concomitant 15 ventricular septal defect (n: 11) double outlet right ventricle (n:8) most common concomitant anomalies. Eight pregnancies HLHS terminated. 10 patient’s newborns obtained none them lived up year.
 Conclusion: revealed that majority are low-risk population thus routine evaluation is great importance. prognosis outcome poor. option termination should be considered.
