ABSTRACT
The aim of the current study was to investigate mediating effect an ethical climate on relationship between organizational justice and workplace stress. quantitative survey research design used cross-sectional data collected. Structured questionnaires were distributed. population nurses from healthcare professionals working in organizations Qassim region. There are total 5542 different public private organizations. Convenience sampling technique for selecting sample size. Total 510 completed collected back analysis. For analysis, AMOS-SEM used. Measurement structural models developed tested study. Reliabilities validities investigated through measurement model, while hypotheses testing model developed. Findings indicated that scale found reliable valid.
