ABSTRACT
The thyroid gland produces hormones that affect all tissue's metabolic processes, including the heart. Disorders of hormones, both increasing and decreasing can cause similar symptoms to primary heart disease. Thyroid disease (THD) is a occurs due (hyperthyroid) or (hypothyroid) in circulation. Hyperthyroidism several types disease, mitral regurgitation, tricuspid cardiomyopathy, failure, valve prolapses, atrial fibrillation, sinus tachycardia. Almost cases THD occur middle-aged women. Here we presented 32-year-old male patient diagnosed with caused by graves' was admitted emergency department shortness breath. Medical non-medical treatments were administered patients, patients experienced improvement after days hospitalization. progression hyperthyroidism characterized remission long-term exacerbations. Although some remain euthyroid for long time therapy, many eventually get into hypothyroidism. Therefore, lifetime follow-up an indication hyperthyroidism.
