ABSTRACT
Introduction: Behçet’s disease is a chronic, multisystemic, inflammatory syndrome characterized by recurrent attacks of oral and genital ulcers, in addition to cutaneous, ophthalmic, central nervous system, gastrointestinal vascular involvement. Other manifestations may occur more rarely, such as pulmonary artery aneurysm thrombosis. Case report: We report case woman presenting with dyspnea hemoptysis secondary aneurysms thrombosis caused the first clinical manifestations. Conclusion: Anticoagulation thrombosis, without use immunosuppressants patients Disease, lead poor outcome, underlying vasculitis will not be treated. The suspicion this condition has prognostic implications, especially atypical presentations, emphasizing relevance theme exemplified report.
