Scale to Measure the Attitude of Fish Farmers Towards the APART Project in Assam

ABSTRACT
A scale was constructed and standardized to measure the attitude of fish farmers towards scientific technologies demonstrated by “Assam Agribusiness Rural Transformation Project (APART)” from May 2021 September 2022 in APART-fishery operated districts Assam using ‘Scale Product Method’. Sixty-five (65) experts responded unbiased 50 statements related recommended farming project. On basis values Q values, only 28 were incorporated final scale. When administered a non-sample area, reliability coefficient whole test 0.90 Rulon’s formula. Moreover, when among 180 APART beneficiaries during July, September, 2022, majority i.e. 87.22 per cent respondents had most favourable project which is depicts impact development programme. This can be applied practically for measuring under similar programmes will aid policy-makers right decision-making.
