ABSTRACT
The Muon Ionization Cooling Experiment (MICE) will perform a detailed study of ionization cooling to evaluate the feasibility technique. To carry out this program, MICE requires all its detectors reconstruct space points in globally consistent fashion. beam-based alignment constants were found be more accurate than survey for scintillating-fibre trackers lodged inside bores superconducting magnets. This algorithm can achieve unbiased measurements rotation angles with resolution 6 mrad/$\sqrt{N}$ and their position 20 mm/$\sqrt{N}$, $N$ number selected tracks.
