ABSTRACT
Vacuum thin windows have been used in Fermilab's accelerators for decades and typically overlooked terms of their criticality fragility. allow beam to pass through while creating a boundary between vacuum air or high low areas. The design windows, including Titanium Beryllium will be discussed as well fabrication, testing, operational concerns. Failure reviewed safety approaches mitigating failures extending the lifetimes windows. Various methods calculating strengths explored, FEA.
