ABSTRACT
This document summarizes the conclusions of Neutrino Town Meeting held at CERN in October 2018 to review neutrino field large with aim defining a strategy for accelerator-based physics Europe. The importance across its many complementary components is stressed. Recommendations are presented regarding accelerator based physics, pertinent European Strategy Particle Physics. We address particular i) role and platform, ii) ancillary cross-section experiments, iii) capability fixed target experiments as well present future high energy colliders search possible manifestations mass generation mechanisms.
