ABSTRACT
Contact tracing is an important instrument for national health services to fight epidemics. As part of the COVID-19 situation, many proposals have been made scaling up contract capacities with help smartphone applications, but highly critical endeavor due privacy risks involved in such solutions. Extending our previously expressed concern, we clearly articulate this article, functional and non-functional requirements that any solution has meet, when striving serve, not mere collections individuals, whole a nation, as required face potentially dangerous We present information infrastructure, PriLock, fully-open preliminary architecture proposal design draft preserving contact tracing, which believe can be constructed way fulfill former requirements. Our leverages existing regulated mobile communication infrastructure builds upon concept "checks balances", requiring majority independent players agree effect operation on it, thus preventing abuse sensitive must collected processed efficient tracing. This enforced largely decentralised layout resilient state-of-the-art technology, explain paper, finishing by giving security, dependability resilience analysis, showing how it meets defined requirements, even while under attack.
