ABSTRACT
Coronary angiography is the "gold standard" for diagnosing coronary artery disease (CAD). At present, methods detecting and evaluating stenosis cannot satisfy clinical needs, e.g., there no prior study of stenoses in prespecified vessel segments, which necessary practice. Two vascular detection are proposed to assist diagnosis. The first one an automatic method, can automatically extract entire tree mark all possible stenoses. second interactive method. With this user choose any segment do further analysis its Experiments show that robust angiograms with various structures. precision, sensitivity, $F_1$ score method 0.821, 0.757, 0.788, respectively. Further investigation proves provide a more precise outcome detection, our quantitative closer reality. effective complement each other be used preliminary screening, analysis. We believe solution suitable diagnosis CAD.
