ABSTRACT
The Compact Linear Accelerator for Research and Applications (CLARA) is a 250 MeV ultrabright electron beam test facility at STFC Daresbury Laboratory. A user line has been designed to maximise exploitation of CLARA in variety fields, including novel acceleration new modalities radiotherapy. In this paper we present the specification design Full Energy Beam Exploitation (FEBE). We outline key elements which provide users access ultrashort, low emittance bunches two large experiment chambers. results start-to-end simulations are reported verify expected parameters delivered these Key technical systems detailed, those facilitate combination with high power laser pulses.
