ABSTRACT
Since its inception, the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) has significantly advanced particle physics and will continue to do so in context of High Luminosity LHC (HL-LHC) program collect $3000$ fb$^{-1}$ by end 2041. The community worldwide is discussing which future collider could follow footsteps uncover yet inaccessible phenomena. To foster discussion on this important topic among young physicist community, Early-Career Researchers (ECR) panel European Committee for Future Colliders (ECFA) organized workshop at CERN September 2023. This document aims summarise event present ECR perspective, outline key questions that came up during discussions, explore how ECRs can influence decision process colliders beyond.
