ABSTRACT
The values of some morpho-anatomical features (the size and shape the epidermic cells leaves, as well stomata) recorded in fossil vegetal species their actual correspondent were analysed. These differences offer information about evolution process. In case analysed (Ginkgo sp., Taxus Magnolia sp. Buxus sempervirens), two hypotheses concerning genetic mechanisms involved speciation processes or adaptation to environmental conditions can be considered. are: multiplication genomes process gene amplification. They both result an increase stomata size, enzymatic activity, which determines a better conditions, settlement
