ABSTRACT
tor in the envelope tracking (ET) design affects efficiency enhancement radio frequency (RF) PAs. This paper presents of a comparator-based supply modulator that dynamically controls voltage required to drive PA. A preamplifier has been designed amplify RF input signal and an detector tracks amplified within comparator's swing 0 - 3.3 V. single-bit comparator works at 2.1 GHz with minimal rise-time delay 0.2 ns it is cascaded operate as 8-bit comparator. The multilevel receives from determines amount current flow PA by limiting through transistors are turned OFF Hence based system aimed designing ET circuit improving power added approximately 45% Moreover does not comprise bulky components like inductors, thus expected consume lesser chip area.
