ABSTRACT
This research has as its general objective the development of a comprehensive reading strategy for inclusive education students with disabilities in Ndalatando, Cuanza Norte Province. With qualitative and quantitative nature, study focuses on theme disabilities. It seeks to understand what social change agents believe it means their acquire skills, aim developing strategies that involve them educational intervention thus contribute through comprehension disabilities, preparing adult independent life. Tracing historical journey people over time is also great importance, order analyze changes perception. The employed methods such analysis-synthesis deductive-inductive reasoning, along techniques like observation interviews. These approaches made possible identify limitations recognizing investigating issue reveals improving requires acknowledging value place emotional, social, well-being. main obstacles identified include skeptical unequal attitudes, partial response system, continued lack by agents.
