ABSTRACT
Introduction: Adult-onset Still's disease (ASD) is a systemic inflammatory of unknown etiology and pathogenesis.ASD, one the most important causes fever origin, diagnosed after ruling out infection, malignancy, rheumatologic diseases.It may also present with alone, without typical skin rash articular manifestations.Case Report: There are no pathognomonic laboratory findings in ASD.In this paper, we report case that presented to emergency department fever, malaise, joint pain for 5 days was subsequently ASD. Conclusion:In patients prolonged combined musculoskeletal symptoms macular rash, differential diagnosis should include ASD.Timely treatment can prevent complications lead favorable prognosis
