Effect of Anaesthesia Methods for Regaining Daily Life Activities in Cesarean Patients

ABSTRACT
Postpartum period is physically, socially and emotionally a difficult time for the parents baby to become family. We tried investigate how anaesthesia method affects patients who underwent cesarean delivery, as factor which also this period.Two hundred six parturients, elective delivery in Celal Bayar University Hafsa Sultan Hospital were recruited our study. After demographic data methods noted, an EQ-5D health survey Katz ADL scale evaluated face 24 hours postoperatively, by telephone on 5th postoperative day.The percentage of had general was 35.2% (n=71), while 19.8% (n=40) epidural 45% (n=91) spinal anaesthesia. Among -these three methods, revealed that outcome at best worst (p=0.007). The 24. showed better than other regaining daily life activities (p<0.05).Our study most effective role among after demonstrated using scale.
