ABSTRACT
Organizing pneumonia is an important disease that associated with non-specific clinical findings and radiographic appearance. Our aim was to examine the radiological features, laboratory findings, diagnostic approach, response therapy in subjects cryptogenic (COP) secondary organizing (SOP).Patients' medical records were retrospectively reviewed between 2010 2016 our hospital. We analyzed symptoms, pulmonary function tests, data, bronchoalveolar lavage treatment, prognosis.Thirty-seven patients diagnosed COP 19 SOP. The most common causes of SOP determined as rheumatologic diseases. symptoms cough (71.4%) dyspnea (66.1%). Bilateral symmetrical consolidations prominent appearance both general not different However, lesions located rather central (p=0.023) middle (p=0.001) zones Corticosteroid (CS) administered 34 (60.7%) patients.
