ABSTRACT
Endometriosis is a fairly common entity in women of reproductive age; the most sites are ovaries and peritoneal surface. However, involvement gastrointestinal tract uncommon. appendix even rarer difficult to diagnose preoperatively. A definitive diagnosis established by histological examination appendix. Here, we report case endometriosis that manifested as acute appendicitis 31 year old woman. After laparoscopic appendectomy, she had good clinical course without any residual pain postoperatively. We performed 369 appendectomies from 2005 2011 only one (0.27%) appendiceal was found pathologically.
