ABSTRACT
Introduction: Lipoleiomyomas are rare and asymptomatic benign tumors with an incidence of 0.03-0.2%. Pathologically, mature fat cells mixed smooth muscle cells. Here, we report the case successful laparoscopic resection uterine tumor which was preoperatively diagnosed as ovarian dermoid cyst lipoleiomyoma by perioperative pathology.
