ABSTRACT
The article identifies the effects of human activity on groundwater chemistry in regional aquifer system located Wielkopolska region (western Poland). It was documented using statistical methods, that main process influencing is connected to contamination. impact contamination evident regions without sewers and where aquitard relative thin. Chloride sulphatewere found most influenced by pollution from surface sources. Total hardness also sensitive, but its behavior controlled geogenic processes as well. Factor analyses are a reliable tool for recognizing contamination’s chemistry, especially cases with relatively low level, when related natural occurring water components. This research important implementing protection plans at scale. These interpretations may be used manage resources better
