ABSTRACT
The digital models of landform representation allow several types geomorphological analysis, such as assessing prone areas to the mass movement. Among data set that applied elaborate models, LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) technology has stood out due its capacity represent in detail terrain specific characteristics. This work aimed present a variety studies based on evaluate slope instability describe an interpolation test raw generate Digital Terrain Model considering different approaches, area affected by shallow landslides. results show tool is efficient when combined Triangulation Natural Neighbor methods.
