Different buffers are used in the solution for washing and embryo maintenance during procedures of equine transfer (EET). The carbonate, phosphate, zwitterionic most used. During transference, it is common to keep embryos into a time longer than previewed. This experiment was realized with objective comparing costs benefits using two solutions different mares breeding Mangalarga Marchador.
